Facilities in Newpark are extensive and are superbly looked after by the Caretaking staff. They include 25 mainstream classrooms, five science labs with different specialities, an art room with a pottery kiln, a technical graphics room, a woodwork room, a metalwork room, two home economics classrooms with cooking and sewing amenities, a geography room, resource rooms for the main subject options, two computer rooms, a library with computing and printing facilities, a canteen, a Prefects room, the Hunter Theatre which is used for lectures, meetings and drama, two music rooms, a business studies room with interactive whiteboard and data projector, a sports hall, a Junior Cycle office, a Senior Cycle office, a Transition Year office, staff room, learning support rooms, chaplains office, nurses office, caretakers office, an LCVP room, an overseas student room, a career guidance office, front office, night school office, language offices and four officially designated car parks and one overflow car park.
