On Tuesday 3 December 2024, the 6th Year Music class, with Ms Fox and Ms Scott, had the opportunity to hear one of the Leaving Certificate music set works played live in the National Concert Hall. The National Symphony Orchestra played Tchaikovsky’s Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture. It was an amazing experience to hear the full power of the orchestra live which was conducted by Elaine Kelly. Artist in residence, Jessie Grimes, also lead a workshop before the full performance.
