Dear Parent/Guardian,

The school has recently moved to a new administration system which is better suited to our needs and allows for more customisation.

As we have moved mid- year there have been some teething issues with the new infrastructure and adapting it to suit the needs of our reporting. As a result there have been some delays in issuing reports for LC and JC Mocks as well as TY Module 2. Some of these issues have been resolved and some are unfortunately ongoing. We would like to apologise for the delay and thank you for your patience while the issues are resolved.

Reports for LC and JC Mocks have been given to students today to bring home. TY Module 2 reports will be issued shortly. Going forward these will be available online on the school system.

Parental access to the new system (VSWARE) will be rolled out in the coming weeks. You should receive a text message/email from the school detailing your new login details.

As we have moved mid-year, some aspects of the new system will not be live or in use just yet. You should expect to be able to access the following for your child.

Please check that the personal information is correct and up to date, especially mobile phone numbers and email addresses.

Behaviour

Here you will see both positive and negative behaviour events. For the moment please ignore the points system attributed to behaviour. As we moved mid-year this part of the system is not live.

Attendance

Again as we moved mid-year the attendance totals that parents see may not appear to be correct. However, the school office has the correct details. This will be rectified for the new academic year in September. The school will continue to operate a text message service to notify you if your child is absent.

Timetables & School Reports

Timetables are live and term reports will also be live in the very near future.
