Dear Parents / Guardians

Our previous communication on this topic would have indicated a previous date of 14th December for this EGM. Due to the Carol Service also being on this day it has been decided to postpone this EGM until January.

As a number of parents have been nominated for the positions, we are therefore calling an EGM where the representatives will give a short speech as to why they should be your Board of Management representative after which an election will take place.

The Nominees for Male Representative are:

• Jonathan Chawke – 1st & 4th Year Parent
• Joe Ryan – 1st & 3rd Year Parent
• Robert Byrne – 2nd & 4th Year Parent

The Nominees for Female Representative are:

• Karen Shaw – 1st Year Parent
• Karen Ruddock – 1st & 3rd Year Parent
